Rental Policies and Terms & Conditions
| What constitutes a rental
period? 4 Hour Rental: 4 consecutive hours during business hours. 4 Hour Rental Overnight: 5:00 pm to 8:00 am next day. 1 Day Rental: 24 consecutive hours. 1 Week Rental: 7 consecutive days, due back same time of day on most items. 1 Month Rental: 4 consecutive weeks, due back same time of day. CHARGES ARE FOR PORTAL-TO-PORTAL TIME OUT, NOT TIME USED. Identification: Payment: Payment is due up front at the time of the rental or sale for all cash customers. Charge account customers are due on net 30. Deposit: Party items require a deposit of 25% non-refundable. Metered Equipment: Rates for rental items equipped with an hour meter are based upon 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 160 hours per 4 week period. Additional usage is charged accordingly. Delivery and Pickup: Delivery and Pickup is an additional charge on most items. Please call for the charge for your location and item rented. If you prefer, you may pickup and return the itme to our store location. Damage Waiver: A percentage of the gross rental rate will automatically be charged for damage waiver. Damage waiver may be waived with a current copy of certificate of insurance showing a rented equipment rider Damage Waiver does not cover abuse or neglect. Availability: Please call for availability. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call for price quote. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. Responsibility: Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items. These terms & conditions do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract. |
